2nd Annual Day of the Dead Event “Siempre nos Queremos” (Beloved Forever)

All Day, Nov. 1 – 2, 2022

BEC co-organized an interactive tapestry installation with Alfombristas Mexicanos (carpet makers) from Mexico. This event is a collaboration between BEC, College of Education, W.A. Franke Honors College, HSI Initiatives and the College of Architecture, Planning and Landscaping Architecture (CAPLA). This year (2022), this event offers a musical performance, mercado and speakers. In addition, BEC hosted and developed student internships in coordination with main collaborators and other colleges on campus.
